Toledo is taking a shot at shaping the future. The On Course for Success campaign will provide the funding to create a place and programming designed to support, encourage and inspire kids—cultivating a new generation of leaders and ensuring the future success of our community.
The Youth Leadership Complex project is being led by The First Tee of Lake Erie, in partnership with organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, Els for Autism, ProMedica and other generous donors.
Our vision is to work collaboratively and provide a safe place where kids can accomplish their dreams, thrive socially, excel academically and athletically, and become productive members of society with integrity, strong family values and a commitment to community.
Through these experiences, participants will develop the skills and self-confidence to excel in school, their careers, and in life.
